Wilma Lucille Bailey, age 93, of Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2022 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Heber Springs. She was born in Heber Springs on December 6, 1925 to the late James Franklin McNeace and Mary Ida May Harlan.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charley Bailey; and one brother, Charles McNeace.
Wilma is survived by one son, Charles Dwight Bailey and wife, Connie K. Bailey of Sherwood, Arkansas; two sisters, Bess McCoy of Searcy, Arkansas, and Joann Kemp of Michigan; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
Wilma loved being with her family and she loved her church family at Southside Baptist Church in Heber Springs. She was very active at the Senior Citizens Center of Heber Springs, and she always enjoyed and looked forward to the shopping trips with her sister.
