William “Billy” Albert Hatfield, age 58, of Heber Springs passed away Friday, August 14, 2020 at his residence. He was born March 26, 1962 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, the son of Larry Hatfield and Judith Heding. He was a former factory worker, US Army veteran, and of the protestant faith.
Billy was known for his sense of humor and had a knack for making people laugh and have a good time. He loved watching and taking care of wildlife.
His mother commented he was a wonderful son and couldn’t have treated her any better. His children stated he was a wonderful father and grandfather. He was a son to his step-father and just an all-around family man.
Survivors include his father and mother; two daughters, Amanda Hatfield of Concord, Arkansas and Angela Waldron (Vincent) of Searcy, Arkansas; one son, Billy Wayne Hatfield of Drasco, Arkansas; one brother, David Hatfield (Connie) of Sparta, Wisconsin; one sister, Julie Wetley (Melvin) of Tomah, Wisconsin; a special friend, Audrey Johnson; six grandchildren, Dylan, Katherine, Coby, Vanessa, Khylea and Leo and many friends.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm, Friday, August 21, 2020 at Heber Springs Funeral Home with Brother Lee Brown officiating.
