William C. Dickerson, age 85, of Drasco, Arkansas, passed away October 2, 2024 in Little Rock, Arkansas at Hospice Home Care. Bill was born June 3, 1939 in Longview Texas to the late Eugene and Verlee King Dickerson.

Bill served four years in the Navy and lived his earlier life in Texas. He resided in Drasco, Arkansas for many years and had a logging business. 

Bill was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Darin Dickerson and Byron Guidry; and one brother, Larry Dickerson.

Bill is survived by two sons, Darrell Dickerson of Searcy, Arkansas and John Dickerson of Little Rock, Arkansas; grandson, Clay (Maegan) Dickerson and great-grandson, Sawyer of Drasco, Arkansas; grandson, Byron Guidry Jr. of Drasco, Arkansas; and great-grandson, Byron Guidry III of Nashville, Tennessee. 

Visitation is 1:00pm Monday, October 7, 2024 at Heber Springs Funeral Home followed by the funeral service at 2:00pm. Hance Bowman is officiating. The interment is at Antioch Cemetery in Drasco, Arkansas

Pallbearers are Gary Thomas, Clay Dickerson, Byron Guidry Jr., Matt Helms, William Lawrence, and Denver Reeves. Honorary Pallbearers are Seth Brackett and Tim Reeves.
