Shirley Ann Gentry

Shirley Ann Gentry, age 82, of Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2020, at Somerset Senior Living in Heber Springs. Shirley was born October 30, 1937 in Blytheville, Arkansas to the late Wesley Williford and Lorene Short.

Shirley loved to embroidery and was a faithful church attender.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Charlie Williford and Jerry Williford.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Bennie Ellis Gentry of Heber Springs, Arkansas; one daughter, Paula Jenkins of Heber Springs, Arkansas; two sons, Earl Gentry (Nancy) of Memphis, TN; and Hugh Gentry (Charlotte) of Memphis, TN; one sister, Dorothy Holmes Riddle of Blytheville, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Jessica and Katie; four great-grandchildren, Eli, Bentley, Hayden, and Adilyn.

There will be a Memorial Service held at the Church of the Nazarene in Heber Springs, Arkansas on Monday, August 31, 2020 at 5:00 pm.  The Rev. Marvin Frederick is officiating.
