Shirley Mae Blanchard, age 75, of Heber Springs, passed away December 13, 2020, at Unity Health in Searcy, Arkansas. She was born April 26, 1945 in Thayer, Missouri to the late Elmer and Goldie Maynard Holt. She was a member of Word of Life Full Gospel Church in Hopewell, Arkansas.
Shirley loved the Lord, her children and grandchildren and her pastor, John Roberts and his wife Shirley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, J. C. Blanchard; one daughter, Shirley Mae Dyer; five brothers, Robert Holt, Edward Holt, Jackie Holt, Dolsy Holt and Charles Holt; two sisters, Dean Jarett and Doris Wyatt; one granddaughter, Cassondra Darby.
Survivors include: two sons; Jack Blanchard (Lesa) of Branson, MO and Jeff Blanchard (Dea) of Heber Springs, AR; four daughters; Tracy Bradberry (Brian) of Branson, MO, June Bauman of Joy, AR, Virginia Rafferty (Phillip) of Hollister, MO, and Debbie Haynes (Ricky) of Jonesboro, AR; two sisters, Nellie McCann of Heber Springs, AR and Linda McCann of Arkadelphia, AR; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of friends,
Graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Cleburne County Memorial Gardens with Pastor John Roberts officiating. Heber Springs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
