Salli Jo Carroll, age 64, of Quitman, Arkansas, passed away Monday, September 23, 2024 at Southridge Nursing in Heber Springs. She was born November 28, 1959 in Denver, Colorado to the late Harley Philip Carroll and Elizabeth Ann Zueg Carroll. She was of the Catholic Faith. 

One of Salli’s first and favorite jobs she ever had was working at a community center in California City. In her last recommendation letter it stated that Salli loved children and people. She was very artistic and had a great love for the outdoors, flowers, and wildlife. She loved the Navy and her duty station in Honolulu. She was always ready to talk and giggle and she will be missed dearly by her friends, family, and loved ones. 

Salli is preceded in death by her parents, Harley and Elizabeth Carroll. 

She is survived by her son, Benjamin Belflower of Wilburn, Arkansas; daughters, Sirena Younger (Josh) of Missouri, Stephanie Norris (Aubrey) of Texas, and Tabethia Belflower of Searcy, Arkansas; brothers, Harley Carroll, John Carroll, and Eric Carroll; sisters, Sherri Greenwell, Traci Winyard, and Lydia Lay; grandchildren, Alexis Younger, Kayla Younger, Laney Norris, Anthony Norris, Lucy Norris, Kadance Grissom, Nala Grissom, Kade Grissom, Jocelynn Grissom, Axel Belflower, and Copper Belflower; and many extended family members and wonderful friends.
