Robert Maxwell Galt, Jr.

Robert Maxwell Galt, JR passed away October 24, 2019 at his residence in Heber Springs, Arkansas. He was born December 29, 1961 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Robert Maxwell Galt, Sr and Mildred Toliver Galt. He attended New Life Church in Heber Springs and was a devoted Christian man.

His hobbies included motorcycle riding, listening to music, watching his kids play sports and he loved the Razorbacks. He was a master cabinet maker and a perfectionist at woodworking. Robert was a great husband, father, grandfather, brother and dearly loved his entire family.

Survivors include his wife Deborah Carol Harris Galt whom he married May 17th, 1985; one son, Robert Maxwell Galt III (Dianna) of Heber Springs, AR; one daughter, Amanda Greer Galt of Maumelle, AR; two sisters, Sandra Nelling and Ginger Rousseau both of Maumelle, AR; four grandchildren, Kenzie Galt, Brystol Parker, Garron Parker and Robert Maxwell Galt IV; and many friends.

Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM Sunday, October 27, 2019 at Heber Springs funeral home chapel with Pastor John Roberts officiating. Interment will be at Cleburne County Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas.

After the funeral, friends and family will be meeting at the home of Robert’s mother-in-law Anna Harris at 274 Nature Trails Drive, Heber Springs.
