February 25, 2021 7:59 AMPat was my sweet and dearest friend. We first met when she and Richard moved to Arkansas. Pat loved camping and she never met a stranger. She would go around the campground talking to every camper She got me involved in the local home extension group and she taught me what it was to have a true friend. Every Friday we would meet The Joy Suits Us group of ladies to have lunch and play cards. When she was sick and couldn't attend she always wanted to know who was there and who won. She was always gracious , loving and kind. Never complaining even when she was too ill to take care of herself.
I will miss you so much dear friend.

February 22, 2021 6:47 PMI just loved her so. She was always (mostly) happy and had a smile for you. Pat was a great cook and always welcomed you into her home.. We have shared a lot of laughs, tears and hugs over the years.. She had a sneaky way of sticking out her tongue behind your back if she felt you deserved it. Always made me laugh. I am glad I was able to call her my sister-in-law.. I am also glad I was able to spend a few days with her at the end of her life. and tell her that I loved her. See you in paradise Pattty Jean.

February 17, 2021 2:44 PMAunt Pat made me always smile :) She always had time to have a conversation. She was always a gracious host; whether if was at her home or the camp sight. One of my favorite memories was watching the Husker football games at Uncle Richard and Aunt Pat's house. She made the best snacks!
