Otto Miller Obituary

Otto Charles Miller 68 Heber Springs, AR resident passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at Baptist Health Hospital in Little Rock, AR. He left this world for somewhere over the rainbow to guard and guide his family and to meet his Heavenly father.

Otto was born on October 23, 1953, in Cornerbrook, Newfoundland to Dale Miller and Norma (Hustins) Schooley. He graduated high school in Snyder, TX, and later attended Texas Tech University. Otto then served in the United States Air Force for a short time. He then relocated to Hooker, OK, and later to Eufaula, OK where he met his wife, Jana. They then moved to Heber Springs, AR where he lived for the remainder of his life.

Otto was a pilot and avid fisherman, enjoyed visiting the family cabin in New Mexico, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with family. Otto was a 32nd Degree Mason and was a member of the Hooker Masonic Lodge in Hooker, OK. He was best known for his sarcasm, quick wit, and his kind and compassionate spirit.

Otto was preceded in death by his father and sister, Elizabeth (Liz).

Otto is survived by his mother, Norma Schooley of Lubbock, TX; wife, Jana Miller of Heber Springs, AR; daughter Jamie Locke and fiancé Gary Whitely of Cherokee, OK; daughter Kassidy and Carlos Romero of Heber Springs, AR; son, Hayden Miller of Heber Springs, AR; grandson Jacob Locke of Hooker, OK, granddaughter Halea Locke of Alva, OK, grandson Nash Romero of Heber Springs, AR, and great-grandson, Kysen Murray of Henton, OK. He is also survived by two sisters, Tina Miller and Stephanie Miller-Perteet, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Memorial donations in Otto’s name may be made to The Masonic Lodge of Hooker #366 in Hooker, OK. 208 Glaydas Hooker, OK 73945
