Michael Maurice Bailey, age 55, of Conway Arkansas, passed away Thursday, July 13, 2023, from
complications with pneumonia. He died peacefully with his sister Donna.
Michael was born January 23, 1968, in Little Rock, Arkansas. His parents were the late Maurice Bailey,
and Patty Coleman of Cabot, Arkansas.
Michael is survived by his sisters, Jennifer Bailey, Kim Calvi, Laurie Noel, and Donna Bailey Scott of Heber
Springs, AR. In addition, he is survived by two nieces: Samantha Scott and Sara Scott, of Heber Springs,
AR. He was a great uncle to Preston Campbell and Mia Lynn Scott.
Michael was a resident of Conway Human Development Center since the age of 8 years old. Michael
was loved by every care giver that was blessed to know him.
Michael’s most favorite thing was watching game shows, but his favorite was The Price is Right.
Michael is best known for his love of his favorite song, “Bad Bad Leroy Brown”.
A memorial will be held at Conway Human Development Center at a later date.
