Mavis Paula Randle, age 60, or Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Southridge Nursing and Rehab after a brief battle with cancer. She was born October 1, 1964 in Holly Grove, Arkansas to the late James Thomas Randle and Frankie Fay Clements Randle. 

Mavis was born and raised in Holly Grove until age 5, then moved to Heber Springs and resided there the rest of her life. She worked many different types of jobs throughout her life, most recently at Brothers BBQ and H&R Block. She loved to fish, restore antiques, working in her yard, and especially loved her cats. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, James T. Randle and Frankie Fay Randle.

Mavis is survived by her brother, James Fred Randle (Karen) of Tumbling Shoals, Arkansas; two nieces, Blair and Britni Randle of Heber Springs; one nephew, Alexander James Randle of Mount Holy, North Carolina; two great nephews, Jason Carter and Hoyt Son; and many extended family members and wonderful friends. She will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her. 

A memorial service will be announced at a future date.
