Mary Evelyn Thomas, age 93, of Toltec Arkansas, went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 8, 2025. Mary was first and foremost a child of God and her life reflected that. She loved children, any child and was a fantastic giver of her love, time and energy to anyone she encountered.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Thomas; son, Keith Thomas, her father and mother, Robert and Bonnie Barnett; three brothers, Bobby, Doyle and Jerry Barnett; and great- granddaughter, Bailey Winkler.

She is survived by her sons, Dan Thomas (Susan) Jim Thomas (Sue Ellen) Gene Kinsey (Sandy) and daughter, Gloria Neighbors; Nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; one sister, Carolyn Bynum and brother, Roger (Carla) Barnett; and a host of children that thought of her as family.

Visitation will be 11:00 am, Saturday August 16, 2025 at Toltec Baptist Church in Toltec, Arkansas followed by a Memorial Service at 1:00 pm.
