Mark White Obituary

Mark Conard White Sr., age 64, of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas. He was called into heaven Monday, March 6, 2023 at his home. He was born July 13, 1958 in Fresno California to the late Ray White and Velma Chaffin. He married Kimberly Handford on September 13, 1986.

Mark was a master of many things in his life. He had so much talent that shined through anything he ever did from building homes and having a hand in every aspect that went into it, carpentry, drywall, linemen work, and on to his favorite trade as a marine mechanic. He had a passion for anything with a motor and loved working on cars in his spare time. He entered the Navy right out of high school and served one term. Throughout his young life he traveled the country with his work and even worked overseas for a stint in Saudi Arabia. His family will say that there was not much they ever found he could not do and do it well. He was a devoted husband and father and being a grandfather was the thing he took most pride in. His love, care and selflessness was felt by all who knew him. He would drop everything any time to help anyone in need. He touched the lives of many people with his acts of service and compassion. His presence on this earth will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Mark is preceded in death by his mother, Velma Chaffin Contreras; and his Mother and Father in law, Stanley and Doris Handford;

He is survived by his wife, Kimberly White; three children Mark White Jr., Joshua Witt, and Savannah White; father, Ray White; step father, Joe Contreras; siblings, Keven White (Kathy), Arnetta Haley, Susan White, Monteen Gomes, Barry White (Dana), Sherry Turner; brother in law, Scott Handford; grandchildren, Mark Roberts, Jarrered Cole, Amerikiss Grace, Braxton Thomas-Wing, Abraham John, Haiden Rachel, Ireland Grace, and Scarlett Josephine; and five nieces, twelve nephews, and an array of other family, friends, and loved ones.

Honorary Pallbearers: Don Riggin, Vance Severns, Steve Privitt, Lori James, Zachary Gill, Zachary Ezell

No public service will be held, per his wishes an intimate celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
