Linda Sue Teetor Obituary

Linda Sue Dunlap Teetor, age 79, of Heber Springs went to be with the Lord Monday, April 5, 2021 at Southridge Nursing Home. She was born December 9, 1941 in Lexington, Nebraska the daughter of the late Glen Dunlap and Dorothy Penn Dunlap. She was a book keeper at a bank for many years and a member of First Christian Church of Heber Springs.


Linda loved helping people and had a servant’s heart. She sent birthday and Christmas cards to all her friends and family. Linda also was a painter and painted several mural scenes at her church and also painted the layout of the Heber Springs Fairgrounds before it was established and it turned out the way she laid it out. She enjoyed flowers and dearly loved her family.


She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Robert Dunlap.


Survivors include her husband, Ronald Lee Teetor whom she married July 1, 1962; three daughters, Susette Teetor Avent (Jim) of Red Lodge, Montana, Melody Teetor Winsor (Larry) of Greenbrier, Arkansas and Anita Teetor Werner (Greg) of Gillette, Wyoming; seven grandchildren, Cameron Avent, Zoe Avent, Isaiah Winsor, Hannah Winsor, Jonah Winsor, Logan Werner and Josie Werner and many friends.


There will be a Celebration of Life service at First Christian Church of Heber Springs, Arkansas at a later date.
