Lillian Margaret (Herrmann) Larson

Lillian Margaret Larson, age 87, of Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Hot Springs, Arkansas. She was born on November, 29, 1934 in Waterman, Illinois to the late Edwin Herrmann and Martha Sauter Herrmann.

Lillian loved to work with her hands in sewing and make clothes, knitting, crocheting, and needle point. She loved gardening, plants, and humming birds, and especially drinking root beer floats, but most of all, she loved her family. She will be dearly loved and missed by everyone who knew her.

Lillian is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Joseph W. Larson; brothers, Vince Herrmann, Kenneth Herrmann, and Arvene Herrmann; and sister, Mary Munn; and grandchild, Casey Walker.

She is survived by her son, Fred Larson (Donna) of Benton, Arkansas; daughters, Sharon Unrue of Ward, Arkansas, and Margaret Walker (Gary) of Hot Springs, Arkansas; brother, Dean Herrmann (Joanne) of Rochelle, Illinois; sisters, Ruth Wixom (George) of Mendota, Illinois, Donna Waters (Bob) of Steward, Illinois, and Helen Finnestad (Mick) of Rochelle, Illinois; sisters in law, Ellen Herrmann, and Pat Herrmann; grandchildren, Karen Smith (Marshal) of Cherokee Village, Steven Unrue of Cabot, and Joey Walker of London, Kentucky; and four great-grandchildren.

The funeral service is 10:30 AM, Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Cleburne County Memorial Gardens Pavilion.
