Lauren Corinne Brown

A beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend, Lauren Corinne Brown left this world unexpectedly at age 31, on Feb. 25, 2023. Born in North Little Rock, Arkansas to Don and Judy (Esch) Brown. Lauren grew up in Sherwood and Fayetteville, AR. She attended Immaculate Conception Catholic School, St. Joseph’s Catholic School, and Fayetteville, AR High School before attending college at Arkansas Tech University graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Lauren was a lover of reading, playing games, enjoyed dancing, and listening to music. She was funny, outgoing, vivacious, and loved taking care of her patients as a nurse.  Lauren was most proud of her Daisy Award that she received as part of her care for her patients. Lauren was a travel nurse exploring the United States from the East coast to the West Coast. Dedicated to her profession, she worked at the VA Hospital in both Fayetteville, AR and Little Rock, AR as well as St. Vincent’s hospital in Little Rock, AR. She was fiercely loyal to her friends and family. We will always remember her infectious smile, piercing green eyes and caring personality. Her presence in our lives will be sorely missed.

When you think of Lauren, celebrate the good memories you have of her. Remember that life is fragile, short, and required to be lived to the fullest.

Lauren was preceded in death by her cousins Joey Worthington, Jeff Esch, and John Esch, her uncle Laurence (Butch) Esch Jr, maternal grandparents Laurence (Shorty) and Cora (Sparks) Esch, paternal grandfather Frank Brown Jr. and Harold Boroughs, and her nephew Jackson Brown. She leaves behind her parents, brothers and sisters-in-law Adam and Julia Brown and Mark and Paige Brown.  Her nephews Brody, Liam, Keegan, and her niece Catherine, grandmother, Gerri Boroughs; aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will occur on Thursday, March 2, 2023, with a rosary at 5:00 pm at St. Alberts Catholic Church. A Celebration of Life with a mass will be held 10:30 am, Friday, March 3, 2023, at St. Alberts Catholic church in Heber Springs, Arkansas. The funeral is followed by a dinner at St. Alberts Parish Center
