Larry Gilbert Obituary

Lawrence (Larry) Joseph Gilbert of Rose Bud Ar left this world in the early hours of May 28, 2020 at his home in Rosebud, AR attended by his by his loving partner/wife of 21 years, Sharon.

Larry also leaves behind his much loved step-children Jerad (Tonya) Keith, Joseph (Kim) Burcham Jason (Emily) Keith and Laurie (Doug) Wentz, brothers Rusty (Jin) Gilbert and Dave (Shelly) Gilbert; sisters Susan (Rex) Mitchell and Cindy Cline, nieces and nephews Cheryl Barkalow, Jane (Frank) Casson, Beth (Jeff) Deaton and Chad (Lucy) Gilbert, Jason (Lauren) Gilbert, Mandie Gilbert, Kevin (Laura) and Chris Cline and Hanna (James) Fuentes fifteen much cherished grandchildren and many dear friends.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Rose Gilbert, his eldest brother Ronnie (Linda) Gilbert and nephew Sean Gilbert (Christina Cayce).

Due to the Corona virus, a memorial service will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Larry’s memory to local charities that are helping people through these hard times such as The Food Bank, blood donations to the Red Cross, the Humane Society or on a broader scale, The Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research Foundation and Doctors without Borders.
