Jo Ann Allsup, age 85, of Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2025. She was born on October 9, 1939, in Savanna, Oklahoma, and throughout her life she brought joy, laughter, and kindness to everyone who knew her.
Jo Ann is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Allsup; her sons, Randy Allsup and Michael Allsup (and her daughter in law Jamie Allsup); her cherished grandchildren, Connor Allsup and Piper Allsup; and her sisters, Lana and Susie.
She will be remembered for her warm spirit and her love of community. Jo Ann was an active supporter of the local VFW and rarely missed a Sunday bingo game, whether at the VFW or at the American Legion. Her presence brought light and laughter to those around her, and she will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and community.
Visitation will be held at Heber Springs Funeral Home on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., immediately followed by a graveside service at Magness Cemetery.
