Jim Glover, 81, went to his heavenly home on May 1, 2024, surrounded by his wife and several grandchildren at his home in Heber Springs, Arkansas.

Jimmy Alton Glover was born April 2, 1943 to Loy Alva and Floy Sophia Dixon Glover, who preceded him in death. Jim had several professions throughout his life, but his focus daily was on his calling as an ordained minister of the Gospel for over 50 years. Jim pastored several churches throughout the state of Arkansas during this time. 

Jim was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Left to cherish his memory is Sue, his wife of 52 years, and two daughters, Sandie (Shawn) Garrett and Amanda Callens, all of Heber Springs, Arkansas; a grandson, Freelin Wildmon of Brownsville, Arkansas, and three granddaughters, Faith Wildmon of Heber Springs, Arkansas, Felicia (Dylan) Stubblefield of Heber Springs, Arkansas, and Keira Jennings of Conway, Arkansas; a great-grandson, Ryatt Stubblefield, and a great-granddaughter, Brylee Crow, both of Heber Springs, Arkansas. Jim is also survived by two brothers, Earl Glover of Conway, Arkansas, and Clayton Glover of Jacksonville, Arkansas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
