Glenna Darlene Wright

Glenna Darlene Wright, age 47, of Pangburn, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born on May 20, 1975 to Scott Wright and the late Cathy Steelman Wright.

Glenna was a history teacher at Pangburn High School. She was a devoted and passionate teacher who loved her students as if they were her very own children. She was a fan of watching and playing softball, and she avid animal lover and grew up showing horses at horseshows.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Cathy Steelman Wright.

Glenna is survived by her father, Scott Wright of Batesville, Arkansas; her sister, Shanna Garner of Batesville, Arkansas; and one nephew, Ty Garner of the home. She is also survived by many special friends that were like sisters to her, Erica McKee, Terrie Cane, Duchess Butler, Janet Drye, and Ashley Horne. All of her students she called her children, however, there were some students connected with a special bond, Kurstin, Gracie, Maddie, Hailey, Linzzi, Bree, and Taylor. She will be deeply missed and loved by all who knew her.

A Memorial Service will be held 2pm - 4pm., Saturday, July 30, 2022 at the Pangburn School District Performing Arts Building.
