Frankie Joe Rackley

Frankie Joe Rackley, age 81, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at her residence in Drasco, Arkansas. She was born on July 2, 1939 in Brookhaven, Mississippi to Frank Reeves Swilley and Ophelia Louise Smith Swilley.

She was a loving Christian lady who loved gardening, roses and especially loved her family.

Frankie is preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Kay Seymore; one brother, Jimmy Swilley, and one sister, Shirley Swilley.

Survivors include three daughters; Lynn Eakers of Searcy, Arkansas, Paula Linn (Johnny) of Tumbling Shoals, Arkansas, and Tiffany Rackley of Drasco, Arkansas; several brothers and sisters; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and other extended family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, September 24, 2020 at the JFK Pavillion with Bro. Jeff Chandler officiating.
