Everett Allen, age 93, of Heber Springs, Arkansas went to be with his Lord on October 14, 2021. He was born on February 4, 1928 in Rose Bud, Arkansas to the late Everett and Maude Allen.

Everett was a loving son, father, and grandfather. He was a veteran in the Army having served in World War II. He and his wife owned and operated Gateway Grocery and Allen’s Big Dipper Restaurant for many years.

He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Billie Jean Hazlewood Allen; his son, Danny Allen (Diane) of Alabama; one daughter, Tammy Schwer (Gary) of Arizona/Mexico; his grandchildren, Nicole Gafford (Joshua) of Texas, Ashley Thomas of Alabama, Crystal Hodgkiss of Texas, and Gary (Bubba) Schwer of Arizona.
