Eva Lena Hall entered her eternal rest and went to join the Lord on December 4, 2022. She was born to a sharecropper's family in Hickory Ridge, Arkansas, on September 28, 1938. She is survived by her daughters Leslie Holden Simmons (Brad Simmons) and Stacy Hall (Dale Newman), both of Rose Bud, Arkansas, as well as her brother George Vance of Wynne, Arkansas and two grandsons, Travis and Tyler Holden, both of Rose Bud, as well as her best friend, Sherman Jackson of Greers Ferry, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Hall, her sister, Greta Holloway, and her grandson, Jonathan Shane Burgess, well as numerous siblings who passed away in childhood.
She was an avid churchgoer and loved to read, especially her Bible. She liked to bake sweets and dote on her family, whom she all cherished and who all cherished her. She was one of the kindest, sweetest, and toughest people you would ever meet. She overcame adversity in her life and was able to live a long life full of love.
