Elizabeth Lee High (Liz), age 91, of Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away on Monday, November 9, 2020 at her home in Heber Springs. She was born on January 16, 1929 in Dyer City, Tennessee to the late Arthur Lee Sealy and Mary Elma Cash Sealy. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Heber Springs. She had been employed in the insurance industry and as a successful Real Estate Agent.
Liz was a devout Christian and the oldest of five children. She loved gardening as well as dancing and entertaining friends. She was also an avid Memphis State football fan. Liz was also the first outside sales woman for Sears and Roebuck Company.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest High; one son, Bryan Lee Bomar; one brother, Jim Sealy and one sister, Dorothy Minton.
Survivors include two daughters, Dianne Simmons (Bill) of Tumbling Shoals, Arkansas and Mary Beth Kinney of Lakeland, Tennessee; one brother, Mel Sealy of North Carolina; one sister, Pat Corrigan of Olive Branch, Mississippi; four grand children and seven great-grandchildren many friends, and a long-time companion Harlen King.
