Edna Lee Huff, age 83, of Heber Springs, went to be with her heavenly Father on February 15, 2022 at her home with family by her side. Edna was born September 4, 1938 in Redden, Oklahoma to the late Ervin Pool and Jennylynn Littlejohn Pool. She married the love of her life on September 4, 1957 in Savanna, Oklahoma.
Edna was an LPN at Central Arkansas Hospital in Searcy for many years. She loved her family, her friends, and her church family. She loved to sing gospel songs.
Edna is preceded in death by her parents, Ervin and Jennylynn; her husband, Richard E. Huff; four brothers, Paul, Glenn, EL, and Hugh Neil Pool; and one sister, Theresa Pleas.
She is survived by her children, Sharon (Joe) Neighbours of Heber Springs, Cynthia (Wyatt) Matthews of Atkins, Texas, David Huff (BJ White) of Little Rock, Arkansas, Jenny (Mark) Liles of Heber Springs, Arkansas; Aunt Carolyn, Aunt Peggy, Aunt Freda, and James and Nina Huff; seven grandchildren, Kimberley, Summer, Braden, Lorene, Richard, Stephanie, and Jolene; ten great grandchildren; and many more friends and family.
Visitation for Edna is from 6pm-8pm, Friday, February 18, 2022 at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Heber Springs, Arkansas. The Funeral Service is 2pm, Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church followed by the interment at Howell Cemetery in Pangburn, Arkansas. Bro. Benny Foster and Bro. Wyatt Matthews officiating.
Pallbearers are Max Allen, David Neighbours, Richard McDougal, Eddie McCosh, Greg Neighbors, and Jason Sagers. Honorary Pallbearers are Wyatt Matthews, Mark Liles, Joe Neighbours, Donald Whitehurst, and David Huff.
