Debra Lynn (Cross) Sylvia

Debra Lynn Sylvia, age 68, or Edgemont, Arkansas, passed away at her home on April 14, 2022. She was born May 15, 1953 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late JW Cross and Doris A. Stevens Cross.

Debbie, as described by her family was a “tell it like it is” type of woman.  You always knew where she stood. She loved her family dearly as well as tending to and caring for her dogs. She was an avid collector of items containing pigs, in which she decorated her home.  She also enjoyed working in her yard. Before the passing of her late husband, Ray Sylvia, she enjoyed boat riding with him on Greers Ferry Lake.

Debbie is preceded in death by her husband, Ray Sylvia; her parents, JW and Doris Cross; two brothers, Ronny Jolley and Shorty Jolley; and two sisters, Jimmie Owens and Janice Watson.

She is survived by one son, Gary Brandon Ollison of Edgemont, Arkansas; three brothers, Ralph Merle Jolley, Marty Cross, and Frankie Cross; and many nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.

A Memorial Gathering is scheduled for 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Shiloh Pavilion in Greers Ferry, Arkansas.
