Dalton Dwayne Tucker, age 87, of Concord, Arkansas, passed away Friday, November 22, 2024 at his home. He was born July 15, 1937 in Concord, Arkansas to the late John D. Tucker and Medrith Graham. He married Glynda Carter on September 6, 1955 and they recently celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary. 

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, John L. Tucker; and sister, Jowanda LaVelle.

Dalton is survived by his wife; sons, Kenny Tucker (Tawnya) of Heber Springs, Arkansas and Rick Tucker (Sandra) of Concord, Arkansas; three grandsons, Seth (Kimberly), Chad (Amber), and Ethan (Madison); six great-grandchildren, Scott, Daisy, Katy, Dalton, Kaci-Jo, and Beckett. 

Dalton was a good Christian man who loved the Lord. He spent his entire life in Concord, Arkansas from his birth, childhood, graduation, and adulthood until his passing. He was a self-taught man in many areas. He could do anything he put his mind to, and if he didn’t know how to do it, he would figure it out. He taught himself how to build and fly airplanes. He enjoyed making molasses by growing the cane and going through the entire process and teaching the process to everyone around.  He loved fishing, hunting, smoking meat on the grill, wood carving, and he especially loved to give his grandchildren and great-grandchildren 4-wheeler rides and let them drive. He will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
