Charles (Chuck) Hubert Rinks Jr. of Tumbling Shoals, Arkansas went to be with his Lord on October 18, 2024.

“Chuck” was born in Pensacola, Florida on September 10, 1942 to parents Charles “Hubert” and Edwina (Smith) Rinks of Tampa, Florida.

He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Belinda Tilton of Tampa, Florida and brother, James Wiggins of Perry, Florida.

He is survived by his wife, Norma Mammosser Rinks, two children, Chuck Rinks and Michelle (Rinks) Clancy; two grandchildren, Samantha (Chris) Widman and Nicholas (Jasmine) Rinks; three great grandchildren, Ava Rinks, Remy and Archie Widmer.

Chuck loved the Lord, his family, and his country. He pastored churches in Florida, Iowa, and Illinois. He was passionate about preaching and teaching the Bible. After retiring, he still loved studying the Word and listening to other preachers. That desire continued until the Lord called him to his forever home.  He was an avid history buff and enjoyed visiting Presidential libraries and always had his nose in a biography.  He loved to laugh and no one laughed harder at his jokes than he did.

He loved his family and treasured every opportunity he had to be with them. He had pictures all over his work area and on his computer of his wife, kids, grandkids, and great grandkids.
