Cebriet “Cecil” Lee Harrell, Sr. age 71, of Adams, Tennessee, passed away February 1, 2021. He was born November 6, 1949 in Monette, Arkansas to the late Harrison and Goldie Basinger Harrell. He was a member of the Church of God and a retired brick mason.

Cecil loved hunting and fishing and was an avid reader. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and dearly loved his family and his wife.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Pamela Brimhall Harrell; one son, Cebriet Lee Harrell, Jr (Shelton) of Adams, Tennessee; one daughter, Samantha Harrell (J.T. Johnson) of Calvert City, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Perry Lee Harrell and Cebriet Lee Harrell III; two nieces, Constance Osborn (Wiley) of Concord, Arkansas; Sharan Cloud (Eric) of Drasco, Arkansas; three great nephews, Aaron Hicks, Ethan Osborn and Isaac Osborn and many friends.

No services are planned at this time. Cremation arrangements are by Heber Springs Funeral Home.
