Bobby Hulbert Elam, known affectionately as Bob, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on September 28, 2024, at the age of 82 in Heber Springs, Arkansas.

Bob will be lovingly remembered always by his wife of 58 years, Diana, and his children Cara, Tamara (husband, Travis), Dannette and Christopher.  Bob will also be lovingly remembered by his four grandchildren Taylor (husband Boris), Rylee (husband Mac), Allyssa and Addysen, along with three great grandchildren Eleanor, Kostadin, and Vanya.  He will also be lovingly remembered by his brothers Dennis (wife Euleta), Rick (wife Theresa), Randy (wife Tami) and sister Kathy (husband Steve), and many nieces and nephews.  Bob is preceded in death by his father Benjamin and his mother Ruth.

Born on January 9, 1942, in Hickory Ridge, Arkansas, Bob dedicated 32 years of his life to serving in the United States Army and served in the United States Army Reserves.  Bob was a proud and honored Vietnam Veteran.   He will be remembered for his unwavering dedication both to his country and to his fellow servicemen and women.

A faithful attendee of the Mountain Top Cowboy Church in Heber Springs, Arkansas, Bob was deeply rooted in his community and his faith.
