Betty Marlene Bufford

Betty Marlene Bufford age 81 of Judsonia, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 4th, 2019 at her residence. Born March 4, 1937 in Maryville, Tennessee she was the daughter of the late Buddy and Carrie Elizabeth Field Johnson. She was a member of the Judsonia Missionary Baptist Church. Betty was also a member of Eastern Star.

She was a hard worker all her life helping her husband in various jobs that he was involved in over the years and also worked at Skill in Heber Springs some ten years.

Betty was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother that dearly loved her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Frank B. Bufford and daughter, Pamela Kay Bufford.

Survivors include one son, Darrell Bufford of Heber Springs, Arkansas; granddaughter, Tammy Jones of Judsonia, Arkansas; several extended family members and many, many friends.

There will be a visitation held 5:00 to 7:00 pm, Monday afternoon, Janurary 7, 2019 at Heber Springs Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will be at Gateway Cemetery in Providence, Arkansas at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, January 8, 2019. Arrangements are by Heber Springs Funeral Home, 501-887-9152.
