Our prayers and condolence to you all. Ms. Marlene treated my kids like her own. When my in laws lived across from her, She would come over and visit or we would go over there. Every Sunday at church she would have something for the kids. Even if it was just 50 cents or a piece of candy, My kids couldn't wait to see Ms. Marlene and get a hug and her special gift. I remember one Sunday that I was in a hurry and walked by her Sunday School class. It was about to start so I just waved. She spoke up and said, Now, Karee, I know you aren't just going to walk by and not give me my hug. I sure miss those hugs!! She was a special lady and She will be truly missed.
