Dorothy Haney Obituary

Dorothy Lucille Haney age 89 of Quitman, Arkansas passed away December 7, 2018 at Conway Baptist Hospital. Born October 27, 1929 in Enola, Arkansas she was the daughter of the late John and Parlie Fulton Rooney.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two husbands, Royce Langley and Hoye Haney; two daughters, Alice Langley and Diane Fulmer; granddaughter, Georgie Fulton; four sisters and four brothers; and a loving companion of twenty four years, Melbourne Adcock.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Neighbors of Quitman, Arkansas; son, Johnnie Langley of Quitman, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews and friends.

A visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Heber Springs Funeral Home chapel. Funeral services will be 11:00 am, Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at St. Mary’s Church in Rose Bud, Arkansas with Brother Danny Patterson officiating. Interment will be in Rose Bud Cemetery.
