Cynthia Kay Goodpaster

Cynthia Kay Pulley Goodpaster, age 59, of Higden, Arkansas passed away December 31, 2019 in Clinton, Arkansas. She was born October 16, 1960 in Wynne, Arkansas the daughter of Jimmy Ray Pulley and the late Joan Elizabeth Treece Pulley. She was a homemaker and attended Wilburn Community Church.

Her hobbies included making cakes, especially birthday cakes, doing crafts of all kinds and she loved family gatherings.

Cynthia is survived by her husband, Clayton Leroy Goodpaster of Higden, Arkansas; her father, Jimmy Ray Pulley and step-mother Ann Pulley; two sons, Wayne Hess (Stephanie) of Texas and James Curtis Goodpaster of Higden, Arkansas; two brothers, Scott Pulley (Cheryl) of Wilburn, Arkansas and Jimmy Pulley of Vanndale, Arkansas; one sister, Jodi Wells (Toby) of Harrisburg, Arkansas; one grandson, Jason Goodpaster; other extended family members and many friends.

A funeral service is planned for 11:30 am, Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Wilburn Community Church with Brother Bobby Woodall and Brother Jerry Richie officiating.  The visitation will be from 10:30 am until service time. Interment will follow in Center Chapel Cemetery near Wilburn, Arkansas.
