Crystal Gail Bulla, age 45, died Saturday, November 9, 2019 at home with her family by her side in Heber Springs, Arkansas.
She was born September 1, 1974. Although her original life expectancy was not more than 4 years because of hydro encephalitis and cerebral palsy, she showed much tenacity and will to live throughout multiple surgeries, hospital stays and illnesses. Her family is eternally grateful for the support of the excellent medical community and hospice care here in Arkansas. She lived a full life, making friends with many.

She was a regular participant in Special Olympics. She loved country gospel music, singing with the Good Time Singers at church, doing word searches, watching professional golf, and parties at her house. She especially loved Valentine’s Day and was known for sending Valentine cards by mail to everyone she could think of.
Crystal is survived by her mother, Dortha Burger; sisters, Jeanie Taft, Tammie Burger and Barbara Barnum; two brothers-in-law, Charles Barnum and Stephen Burger; and many nieces and nephews, their spouses and children.
