Billy Wayne Spier

Billy Spier was born in Heber Springs Arkansas to James Clerman Spier and Jeffie (Lampkin) Spier. He was the youngest of 9 children. He grew up in Heber Springs and Brewer. After his High School graduation he moved to California, Married Elda Dill. They had one child, Kimberly Spier (Mills). Later he and Elda divorced, though remained friends and both remarried. Billy married Diane Kundert and moved back to Arkansas.

 Billy was a hardworking, self-reliant man. He had been an aircraft mechanic, truck driver, and farmer. He loved to have projects to work on. He liked the outdoors and had a wonderful sense of humor. One of his favorite things to do was to play guitar and sing with his friends and family.

 Billy was preceded in death by both parents and his wife, Diane. He is loved and survived by his daughter Kimberly Mills (Philip Mills); 6 grandchildren, Ogden Mills (Megan Mills), England Mills (Chanel Mills) Morgan Keele (Chris Keele), Padilla Mills, Camiel Mills, and Esther Mills. Two great granddaughters, Rachel Mills and Madison Keele. His sister Vera Prentiss, Brother Harvey (Anice) Spier. Sister Laverne (JC) Hawkins, Frieda (Sherman) Murphree. Sister in law Daphene Spier and Sally Kundert. Many nieces and nephews. Many special friends including Elda and Foster McMillon, Onine Philamlee and family, and Kathy Brown and Family.

 Dad you will be loved, remembered, and missed forever. Grateful that families can be forever.

A graveside service is scheduled 11:00 am,Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Brewer Cemetery.
