William Edward Monaghan, age 81 passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2011 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born April 4, 1930 in Omaha, Nebraska to John and Anna Monaghan. He was a registered nurse, working at Ramsey St. Paul Hospital in Minnesota. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and will be missed by all.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one son, Tim Monaghan, one daughter, Pat Monaghan, and one sister, Kathleen Monaghan.
He is survived by his wife, Jan Coleman-Monaghan of Heber Springs, Arkansas, one son, John Monaghan of Minneapolis, one step-son, Mike Norris Sr. of Heber Springs, AR, one step-daughter, Dorothy Norris-Tirrell of Florida, one brother John P. Monoghan of Omaha, Nebraska, three grandchildren, Jessie, Nick, and Keith Monaghan, and two step-grandchildren, Mike Norris Jr. and Roxie Stansberry, also one great-grandchild, Emma Stansberry.
