Samuel Edward "Eddie" Green, age 73, of Drasco, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at Heber Springs Health Care. He was born in Almond, Arkansas, November 20, 1934, the son of the late Ethel Mae Rudolph Green and Euen Samuel Green. Samuel was a self-employed farmer, a U.S. Army veteran and a member of Macedonia General Baptist Church near Drasco, Arkansas.
Mr. Green enjoyed fishing, hunting and riding four-wheelers as hobbies.
He is survived by his wife, Joy Hawkins Green of Drasco, Arkansas; one son, Rickey Edward Green and wife Lori of Hopewell, Arkansas; one sister, Patsy Turney of Concord, Arkansas and many friends.
Graveside Services will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at Macedonia Cemetery near Drasco with Brother Roger Harlan officiating.
