Peggy Louise (Curry) McMaster, born in Etawah, Arkansas on December 18, 1943, was the daughter of William (Opal) Curry and Janie Lee (Wooten) Curry Hope. She went to be the Lord July 12th, 2010, at the age of 66 after a five month battle with cancer. Peggy was of the Church of Christ faith.

Peggy was a retired employee of the Mead Paper Company in Kalamazoo, Michigan where she lived forty years before returning to Arkansas. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, step-mother and wife.

She enjoyed traveling with her husband Bob but Peggy did not like to cook.

Peggy was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.

Survivors include her husband, Robert (Bob) McMaster of Heber Springs; mother, Janie L. Hope of Heber Springs; two sons, Brian Hageman of Little Rock, AR and Dale Hageman of Mattawan, Michigan; daughter, Tammy Green of Grand Rapids, Michigan; three brothers, Joe Curry of Heber Springs, AR, William (JR.) Curry of Plainwell, Michigan, and Richard (Rick) of Lockport, Illinois; one sister, Patricia (Pat) Meachum of Heber Springs, AR; one aunt, Lucy Hartness of Heber Springs, AR; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; three step-children; five step-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins and a host of friends. Peggy will be greatly missed.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 am, Wednesday, July 14, 2010, in the chapel of Heber Springs Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date at Fort Custer Veterans Cemetery in Battle Creek, Michigan.
