Paul Fredrick Mann, age 82, of Edgemont, Arkansas passed away December 25, 2009 at Baptist Medical Center in Heber Springs. He was employed by Caterpillar Tractor Company for thirty seven years before his retirement twenty years ago. He was a member of United Auto’s Workers Local 974 in Peoria, Illinois.
He loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed camping and fishing.
He is survived by three daughters, Becky Bridges of Peoria, Illinois, Sara Mortimeyer of Wichita Falls, Texas and Geneva Brown of East Peoria, Illinois; two brothers, Ernest Mann, Jr. of Newport, Arkansas and Bill Mann of Las Vegas, Nevada; two sisters, Mary Elizabeth Yazell of Lakeland, Florida and Gladys Cox of Middleton, Ohio and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Rebecca Vaugh Mann and a brother, Charles Mann.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for 6:00 p.m., Saturday, January 2, 2010, at Sunny Slope Baptist Church. Burial will be in Corbin, Kentucky.
