Pamela Kay “Bufford” Harper passed away in Little Rock, AR, Sunday March 28, 2010. She was born January 21, 1958 in Richmond, Indiana to Frank and Betty Bufford.
She is survived by her husband Tanny Harper of Little Rock, Arkansas, one daughter Tammy Renee Rye, two granddaughters Lincoln Rye and Elizabeth Miller, all of Kentucky, her parents Frank and Betty Bufford of Judsonia, AR, one brother Darrell and wife Martha Bufford of Heber Springs, and a host of other family and friends.
Her body will be donated to science, and a memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday March 31, 2010 at the Heber Springs Funeral Home. Also a private memorial service will be held in Little Rock, Arkansas at the Harper residence. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to UAMS 4301 W. Markham St., Little Rock, AR 72205.
