Verbal Martin

Verbal Inez Martin age 105 of Locust Grove, Arkansas died July 31, 2017 . Born May 23, 1912 in Almond, Arkansas  she was the daughter of the late Allen and Callie Ferguson Jeffrey. She was a member of General Baptist Church of Concord, Arkansas.

Preceded in death by husband, Irlon Martin;  daughter, Nellie Jane Woodiel; six sisters; one brother and one granddaughter.

She leaves to cherish her memory, husband. Vernon M of Pangburn, Arkansas; two sons, Jonnie Martin and wife Phyllis of Locust Grove, Arkansas and Lamon Martin and wife Cheryl of Savannah, Georgia; thirteen grandchildren;
eighteen  great-grandchildren; fourteen great-great grandchildren and many, many friends.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 pm, Friday, August 4, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Concord, Arkansas with Rev. Farrell Miller and Lee Dillard officiating. Interment will be in Concord Cemetery.
