Lillie Bell Green

Lillie Bell Green of the Heber Springs Community, age 88, went to her heavenly home on July 9, 2016.  Born October 26, 1927 in Cleveland, Mississippi to the late Andrew Jackson McIlwain and Myrtle Mann.
            Mrs. Green was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband of so many years, William Shannon Green; and a sister Thelma Garner.

            Left to cherish the memory of Mrs. Green is an enormous family; four sons, Edward Green, Harold Green, Jerold Green, and Irvin Green; four daughters Shirley Lieblong, Sandra Sutton, Rita Burton and Linda Barden; she also left behind two brothers, Mack McIlwain and Jackie McIlwain; and three sisters, Beatrice Crocker, Sally Harbin, and Judy Steed. As well as thirteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

            A visitation will be held Tuesday, July 12, 2016 from 6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m at Heber Springs Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Sugar Loaf Baptist Church in Heber Springs, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be; Aric Sutton, David Burton, Matthew Rackley, Dylan Wilkinson, Shannon Green, Justin Green Brian Green, and Jaylan Arnold; Honorary Pallbearers include Bill Verser, and Jerry Blakely  Arrangements made by Heber Springs Funeral Home.
