Nina Marie Gray age 86, passed away April 27, 2010 in Heber Springs, Arkansas. She was born June 21, 1923 to Ruel Winford and Jewel Stark Ward in Pearson, Arkansas. Nina was employed for six years with the Glove Corporation, and spent most of her life as a homemaker.
She enjoyed gardening, fishing, singing in the church choir, and setting aside many weekends for her grandchildren and their friends.
She is survived by one daughter Norma Gribbins of Heber Springs, Arkansas, two grandchildren Judy Balderree and husband Scott of Heber Springs, Arkansas, Brenda Vann and fiancé Ronnie Higgs of Heber Springs, Arkansas,three great-grandchildren, Kendra Adcock, Kayla Adcock, Kesia Adcock all of Heber Springs, two great-great-grandchildren, Makaele Archer, Jayden Dearth of Heber Springs.
She was preceded in death by her husband Abilees Hastings Gray, and one granddaughter Tina Gribbins.
A Graveside will be held Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Palestine Baptist Church Cemetery with a visitation beginning at 12:30 p.m. at the Palestine Baptist Church.
