Kristy Louise Poteet, 39, of Heber Springs, Arkansas died Sunday, August 2, 2009 at her home. She was born December 26, 1969 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles “Buddy” Poteet of Star City.
Kristy is survived by her mother, Louise Urbach of Heber Springs;daughter, Megan Kristy Bateman of Heber Springs;sister, Janice (Alan) Wexler of Cabot; brother, Charles David (Elisha) Poteet of North Little Rock, neice, Kelsey Wexler of Cabot, nephews, Hunter and Jacob Poteet of North Little Rock, She is also survived by Wanda Poteet, Ragenia (Michael) Wiley, Myra Jo Burton, and C. J. Burton, all of Star City; and a host ofother relatives and family friends.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 6, 2009 at Heber Springs Funeral Home, 1199 Wilburn Road, Heber Springs (501-887-9152).
