Hazel M. Duggar
Hazel M. Duggar, age 97, of Heber Springs passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2007 at Southridge Nursing and Rehab. Born August 19, 1910, in Plummerville, Arkanas, Hazel was the daughter of the late Maude A. Ford Duggar and Robert L. Duggar. She taught school many years and retired from the North Little Rock Public School System. She was of the Baptist faith.
She enjoyed gardening, working with flowers, feeding birds and cherished spending time with her great nieces and nephews.
Survivors include six nieces, Marcile Pollard of Heber Springs,Arkansas, Michele Marlowe of Leakey, Texas, Margaret Duggar of Chicago, Illinois, Rosemary Harris of Bois D’Arc, Missouri, Shirley Connick of Severna Park, Maryland and Charlotte Siggins serving in the Peace Corp in the Ukraine; and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by: two sisters, Sybil Fowles of Heber Springs, Arkansas and Ena Smith of Conway, Arkansas; one brother, Fred Duggar of Mabelvale, Arkansas; and two nephews.
Vistation hours will be an hour prior to service time on Saturday. Services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, Dec. 29, 2007 at Heber Springs Funeral Home Chapel with Brother John Pollard officiating.
