Gloria Faye Howton, age 69, of Augusta, Arkansas passed away January 27, 2012 at White County Medical Center in Searcy, Arkansas. Faye was born September 23, 1942 in St. Francis County, Arkansas to the late Ernestine Faye Watson Howton and Fred Howton. She was of the Baptist faith.
According to her family Faye was always ready to travel. She enjoyed all kinds of flowers, but especially loved yellow roses. She dearly loved her family and friends.
Besides her parents, Faye was preceded in death by an infant brother, Dewayne Howton.
Survivors include one daughter, Emma McIntyre and husband Jimmy of Southaven, MS; one son, John Little of Augusta, AR; two brothers, Everett (Butch) Robb and wife Carol of McCrory, AR and Keith Robb of Marion, AR; two sisters, Diane Bridges and husband Granvel of Palestine, AR and Peggy Boswell Robb of Marianna, AR; two grandsons, three granddaughters; two great grandchildren and many friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, January 30, 2012 at Palestine Baptist Church with Brother Jerry Smith officiating.
