Ernest Elisha Chastain age 86, passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2011 in Heber Springs, AR. He was born November 7, 1924 to James and Nancy Chastain in Van Buren County Arkansas. He was a Veteran serving in both Korean and World War II. He was a plumber and a truck driver for most of his life. He was a member of the American Legion and a lifetime member of the VFW. He love to fish, garden and dancing.
He is survived by one son, Nathan Chastain and wife Mary of Quitman, Arkansas; one daughter, Brenda Chastain of Crestline, California; four grandchildren, Nick Chastain, Brandon Chastain, Kris Price and wife Tisha, and Abbie Price; three great-grandchildren, Lincoln, Mason, and Reese Price, He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Nancy Chastain; three brothers, Dennis, Howard, and Dalph Chastain; two sisters, Glady May, and Mima Declue.
