Elizabeth Ann Crook Edwards, age 61, of Higden, Arkansas passed away February 13, 2011. Born February 10, 1950 in San Diego, California, she was the daughter of the late Mildred Moody Crook and Louis M. Crook, Sr. She was of the Methodist faith.
Liz never met a stranger. She enjoyed people and always made you feel welcome. You could not help being in a good mood when you were with Liz.
She was employed by Ad Graphics in Conway, Arkansas for sixteen years as a sales person. Her job was one of the most important aspects of her life. Liz looked forward to each day as it would allow her to be with co-workers and her customers. She loved all of her doggies. She was a believer of the “Rainbow Bridge” and is now so happy to be with her special friends, never to be separated.
Liz had numerous health issues over the years and she battled each illness with a great deal of courage and determination. She will be forever missed and loved.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Louis Crook, Jr.
She is survived by her husband, John Edwards of Higden, Arkansas; a son, John Edwards III of Little Rock, Arkansas; daughters, Lori Karimi of Stockholm, Sweden and Christy McAlister of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren, Elha Edwards of Little Rock, Arkansas and Sam Karimi of Stockholm, Swenden and a host of friends.
A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 pm, Thursday, February 17, 2011 at the First United Methodist Church in McCrory, Arkansas. A noon meal will be served at the church.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Arkansas Juvenile Diabetes Association or the Humane Society of Heber Springs.
