Donna J. Henson, age 51, passed away October 6, 2010 in Heber Springs, Arkansas. She was born December 13, 1958 in Lapanto, Arkansas to T.J. and Imogene Waters. She was a waitress for Tilley’s Diner for ten plus years and loved fishing, traveling. She also loved her family, her children and grandchildren very dearly.
She is survived by her husband Rick Henson of Higden, Arkansas; her father, T.J. Waters and mother Imogene Waters of Greers Ferry, AR; two sons, Russell Graddy of Bee Branch, AR, Trent Graddy of Greers Ferry, AR; two step-sons, Shayne Henson of Beebe, AR, and Mark Chappell of Hamlet, North Carolina; one daughter, Ashley Graddy of Little Rock, AR; two step-daughters, Katy Poe of St. Paul, Minnesota and Melissa Henson of Lumberton, North Carolina; one brother, Kenny Waters of Sherwood, AR; two sisters, Freda Berry and husband Bill of Newburn, Tennessee and Verna Sneed of Caraway, AR. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents and her father-in-law, Julian Henson.
A visitation will be held Monday, October 11, 2010 from 5-8 p.m. at the Heber Springs Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Lone Star Baptist Church in Greers Ferry, AR. Internment will follow at Crossroads Cemetery in Greers Ferry, AR.
